Will you do two days of personal training? 3x/week?

How long are your training sessions? Personal training sessions are usually 30-60 minutes long but inquire. Don’t assume a “session” is universal. Most budget personal training plans are 30-minute sessions, which might be sufficient time to obtain a solid exercise if you have a trained and experienced personal trainer.
